Going on holiday, 3 young men went missing under Da Xanh Lake

On the afternoon of September 2, a leader of the People's Committee of Ea Wer commune, Dak Lak province confirmed that 3 young men went missing on Da Xanh Lake (reservoir of Serepok 3 hydropower plant) in village 9, Ea Wer commune.

According to initial information, a group of young people in Buon Ma Thuot ward (Dak Lak province) invited each other to the Blue Stone Lake area to have fun during the holidays.

At around 3pm the same day, one of the group unfortunately fell into the lake and two other young men jumped in to rescue them. However, all three disappeared under the deep water. The victims were identified as NTA, BQC and TTT (all born in 2004, residing in Buon Ma Thuot ward).

Upon receiving the news, the Fire Prevention and Rescue Police Department, Dak Lak Provincial Police mobilized vehicles and forces to the scene to carry out rescue work. At about 6:00 p.m. the same day, the authorities recovered the body of A..
