GD&TĐ - The Faculty of Medicine and Dentistry of Pham Ngoc Thach University of Medicine has the highest minimum score of 21, and the Faculty of Pharmacy has the highest minimum score of 20.

On the afternoon of July 23, Pham Ngoc Thach University of Medicine (HCMC) announced the threshold score to ensure input quality with the method of considering high school graduation exam scores in 2025.

This is the minimum score for candidates in region 3 with the minimum score (without coefficient) of all combinations of 3 exams/subjects, not including bonus points, regardless of the exam results of candidates studying the 2006 and 2018 programs as follows:

This year, Pham Ngoc Thach University of Medicine recruits 1,920 students, with 2 admission methods:
- Admission method based on high school graduation exam results in 2025.

Do not use reserved exam scores: The school does not use reserved exam scores from previous years' high school and national high school exams for admission consideration.

- Direct admission method, applied to 2 groups:

+ Group 1: Apply according to Article 8 of the admission regulations of the Ministry of Education and Training specified by Pham Ngoc Thach University of Medicine according to the regular university admission regulations of the School.

+ Group 2: Lao and Cambodian students studying abroad under scholarships from Ho Chi Minh City under the form of friendly cooperation between Ho Chi Minh City, the Lao People's Democratic Republic and the Kingdom of Cambodia.
