Garnacho reaches agreement to join Chelsea
According to transfer expert Fabrizio Romano, Chelsea have reached a personal agreement with Alejandro Garnacho. The Argentine striker himself has confirmed that he only wants to join the Stamford Bridge club.
Chelsea are expected to soon submit an offer to Manchester United for Garnacho. The fee could be no less than €50 million. During the 2025 winter transfer window, the 21-year-old striker came close to joining The Blues. However, the deal fell through because Chelsea did not meet Manchester United's asking price of €65 million.
If the plan goes smoothly, Garnacho will become the third player in history to arrive at Stamford Bridge from Man United, after Mark Hughes (in 1995) and Juan Sebastián Veron (2003).

With Sesko, Man United can push Hojlund out of Old Trafford.
Amidst preparations to announce the "blockbuster" signing of Benjamin Sesko, Manchester United has also clarified the future of Rasmus Hojlund.
Accordingly, the Red Devils are ready to give the green light for the Danish striker to leave this summer, either on loan or permanently.
Currently, AC Milan is the only team interested in the 22-year-old striker.
Representatives from Serie A are interested in loaning Hojlund for a fee and are willing to pay a portion of his current salary at Old Trafford.
However, Hojlund himself still wants to stay and fight for a starting position instead of looking for a new club.
Furthermore, Manchester United will only allow the former Atalanta striker to leave on loan if they receive €6 million, and the acquiring club must be obligated to pay all his salary and bonuses in full.

Real Madrid secures young talent.
Real Madrid's official website announced that they have finalized a contract extension with Gonzalo García until summer 2030.
The 21-year-old striker is highly regarded by new coach Xavi Alonso and is seen as a key player in Los Blancos' attack in the near future.
Last season, Garcia made three appearances for Real Madrid in La Liga, mostly as a substitute, and did not score any goals.
However, at the recent FIFA Club World Cup, the former Spain U19 international shone brightly with 4 goals and 1 assist in 6 matches, becoming the tournament's top scorer.
Chelsea compiles a list of players they need to offload.
Despite parting ways with nearly a dozen first-team players last season, Chelsea's major personnel overhaul shows no signs of ending.
According to Sky Sports, Stamford Bridge are working to find new clubs for Ben Chilwell, Raheem Sterling, Axel Disasi, Renato Veiga, Christopher Nkunku, and Nicolas Jackson.
If they successfully offload all the surplus players who are no longer in manager Enzo Maresca's plans, The Blues are expected to earn at least 150 million euros.
That huge sum of money will undoubtedly be reinvested by the London giants in the transfer market, where they are still targeting Xavi Simons, Alejandro Garnacho, and a central defender.
Atletico reaches agreement to buy Raspadori
According to expert Fabrizio Romano, Atletico Madrid has reached an agreement to sign Giacomo Raspadori from Napoli for a fee of 22 million euros, plus 4 million euros in add-ons.
Personal terms between the Italian international and the La Liga representatives were quickly finalized, and the deal will be closed if the 25-year-old striker passes his medical examination.
In the 2024/25 season, Raspadori was a regular starter in the attack for the reigning Serie A champions. However, after 26 appearances, the striker only contributed 6 goals.

Bayern retains young talent.
Bayern Munich's official website announced that they have finalized plans to sign a new contract with young talent Lennart Karl. The new agreement will run until summer 2028.
"I'm happy here and I'm looking forward to more opportunities to show my talent," the 17-year-old rising star excitedly shared after committing his future to the Allianz Arena.
Previously, Bayern had also successfully secured another raw talent, Wisdom Mike (16 years old).
Both Karl and Mike delivered impressive performances after coming on as substitutes in the recent 4-0 friendly win against Tottenham.
Nwaneri commits his future to Arsenal.
Concerns about Ethan Nwaneri's future among Arsenal fans have finally been allayed. The 18-year-old talent has just agreed to sign a five-year contract, until summer 2030, with the Emirates Stadium club.
According to numerous reports in the British press, with the new contract, Nwaneri's salary will increase from around £3,000 to £60,000 per week.
Nwaneri grew up in Islington, North London, and joined the Hale End academy at the age of five. He trained with the youth teams of both Tottenham and Chelsea before joining Arsenal.
Last season, amidst a wave of injuries sweeping through Arsenal, the opportunity arose, and the England U21 international seized it perfectly to shine.
