Adjusting and supplementing the medium-term public investment plan for the period 2021-2025

On the afternoon of March 14, the 24th session of the 16th Hai Phong City People's Council passed a Resolution adjusting and supplementing the Medium-term Public Investment Plan for the 2021-2025 period.

Hai Phong decided to allocate over 707 billion VND of the medium-term public investment plan for the period 2021-2025 from the city budget for a number of tasks and projects. In particular, Hai Phong will supplement Cat Hai district to implement the investment project to build, renovate and expand Dong Bai ferry terminal, Cai Vieng ferry terminal and auxiliary works with over 96 billion VND.

Hai Phong also decided to supplement the capital plan for 2 completed projects of 12,632 billion VND including: Technical Infrastructure Project of the expanded resettlement area in Dong Khe ward, Ngo Quyen district (11,573 billion VND); Investment project to build and upgrade the Hai Phong Mental Health Nursing Center (1,059 billion VND).

Delegates agreed to supplement the capital plan for 2 projects implemented in 2 planning periods (2021-2025 and 2026-2030) by 594.877 billion VND. Of which, the investment project to build Ring Road 2, Tan Vu - Hung Dao - Bui Vien road section, added 454.877 billion VND; The investment project to build the Headquarters of the Hai Phong City Military Command/Military Region 3 added 140 billion VND.

In addition, Hai Phong also decided to supplement the capital plan for the investment preparation task of 3,718 billion VND with 3 projects: Project to build and improve the capacity of rainwater drainage in Trung Luc, Luc Hanh, Nguyen Don areas (Dang Lam ward, Hai An district); Project to harden An Kim Hai canal from Lach Tray street to Vo Nguyen Giap street; Project to invest in building the road from Bac Song Cam urban area to VSIP Industrial Park road to Vu Yen island.
