Suspend the teacher who molested a student in Nha Be district

On the afternoon of June 9, the People's Committee of Nha Be district reported on the content related to the incident of a teacher at Nguyen Binh Khiem Secondary School acting inappropriately towards students, causing public outrage.

At around 7:00 p.m. on June 8, social media posted information about a male teacher working at Nguyen Binh Khiem Secondary School (Nha Be District) acting inappropriately towards a female student during class.

Immediately after receiving the above information, the District Party Committee and People's Committee of Nha Be District directed the Department of Education and Training and Nguyen Binh Khiem Secondary School to urgently organize a meeting and request the teacher with inappropriate behavior to write a report on the incident.

This morning, June 9, the Principal of Nguyen Binh Khiem Secondary School suspended this teacher from teaching in all classes she was in charge of.

Leaders of the Department of Education and Training and the Board of Directors of Nguyen Binh Khiem Secondary School contacted and met with parents and students to get more information and apologize to parents and students.

After the meeting, the parents agreed with the school's handling of the incident.

Nha Be District People's Committee directed the Department of Education and Training and related units to continue to verify and clarify the incident. When the results are available, the incident will be handled according to regulations.
