This is the direction of Ms. Phan Thi Vi Van, Vice President of Lam Dong Provincial Women's Union at the 1st Congress of Women's Delegates of Phu Thuy Ward, term 2025 - 2030, which took place on the morning of October 25.

With the motto "Wherever there are women, there is a Women's Union," during the past term, the Women's Union at all levels in Phu Thuy ward proactively coordinated with departments and organizations to focus on disseminating information and mobilizing members and the people to participate in labor and production emulation, contributing to the overall development of the locality. As a result, the Union completed and exceeded 8 out of 8 targets set.

From 2021 to the present, the ward-level women's associations have implemented 12 projects and activities to support poor women and improve the environmental landscape.

During the 2025-2030 term, the Phu Thuy Ward Women's Union aims to build an effective organization that adapts flexibly to the new context; to develop a team of capable, dedicated, creative, and innovative Women's Union officials who are closely involved with the local area, have a firm grasp of the members, and understand the lives of women.

The association has identified five key tasks and two breakthroughs in digital transformation, accompanying women in enhancing their digital capabilities, promoting entrepreneurship, innovation, and legitimate wealth creation.

The Congress announced the decision of the Standing Committee of the Lam Dong Provincial Women's Union appointing the Executive Committee of the Phu Thuy Ward Women's Union for the 2025-2030 term, consisting of 33 members, and the Standing Committee consisting of 7 members. Ms. Phi Thi Dung was appointed to the position of President of the Phu Thuy Ward Women's Union for the 2025-2030 term.
