With the motto "Where there are women, there is the Women's Union", in the past term, the Women's Union at all levels of Phu Thuy ward has proactively coordinated with departments and organizations to focus on propaganda and mobilization of women and people to compete in labor production, contributing to the overall development of the locality. As a result, the Union has completed and exceeded 8/8 set targets.

From 2021 to present, ward associations at all levels have carried out 12 projects and tasks to support poor women and create environmental landscapes.

The implementation of the Campaign to Build a Family of 5 No's and 3 Clean's has created positive changes in the awareness and behavior of cadres and members, contributing to building a civilized and modern urban area.

During the 2025 - 2030 term, the Women's Union of Phu Thuy Ward aims to build an effective Union organization that can flexibly adapt to the new context; build a team of Union officials who are brave, dedicated, creative, innovative, closely follow the locality, have a firm grasp of members and understand women's lives.

The Association identifies 5 key tasks and 2 breakthroughs in digital transformation, accompanying women to improve digital capacity, promote start-ups, innovation, and legitimate enrichment.
