FPT Software has awarded 21 scholarships to study in Japan with a total value of up to 46,000 USD, opening up many job opportunities with attractive salaries after graduation in the land of the rising sun.

The event is part of Go Japan - a cooperation program between FPT Software and leading universities in Vietnam to provide students with the opportunity to access advanced educational and working environments in Japan.

With a scholarship of up to 100%, support for living and travel expenses, students can participate in a 1.5-month training program in Japan, including improving Japanese language proficiency and internship under the guidance of leading IT experts in Asia at FPT Japan (FPT Software branch in Japan).

The scholarship is designed for students majoring in Information Technology, Computer Science , Software Engineering, Electronics and Telecommunications, Automation and Mechatronics, expected to graduate in 2024 or 2025.

Candidates receiving the scholarship are talented individuals who meet the selection criteria based on academic performance at school, Japanese language proficiency, high results in academic competitions and scientific research, and must go through 4 rounds of selection including: Profile, Japanese language proficiency, professional skills assessment and direct interview with experts from FPT Software.

At the Scholarship Awarding Ceremony, FPT Software also organized a memorandum of understanding on strategic cooperation between FPT Japan Academy (under FPT Software) and partner universities, including Hanoi University of Science and Technology and Phenikaa University. This important step opens up greater opportunities in training human resources for the Japanese market, contributing to the overall development of the Vietnamese IT industry.
