Nearly 31.1 billion VND to support people affected by storm No. 3

On September 18th, Ms. Pham Thi Thanh Thuy, Member of the Standing Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Department, Chairwoman of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee, and Head of the Provincial Relief Committee, received donations from localities, units, and businesses in the province to support people affected by Typhoon No. 3.

Officials and people of Quang Xuong district provided 5 billion VND in aid to people affected by Typhoon No. 3 (first phase).

Thanh Hoa City officials and people donated 3 billion VND

Officials and people of Nong Cong district have donated 2.2 billion VND in the second phase of the campaign.

Officials and people of Tho Xuan district donated 2 billion VND.

Officials and people of Ha Trung district have donated 1 billion VND in the second phase of the campaign.

The collective of union members of Winners Vina Co., Ltd. and foreign managers donated 187,665,000 VND.

University of Culture, Sports and Tourism donated 100 million VND.

Tan Thanh 1 Co., Ltd. donated 100 million VND.

HUD4 Construction Investment Joint Stock Company donated 50 million VND.

Vinh Phat Trading and Construction Co., Ltd. donated 38.5 million VND.

Responding to the call of the Presidium of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, through the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee, officials and people of Quang Xuong district donated 5 billion VND to support people affected by storm No. 3 in the first phase; officials and people of Thanh Hoa city donated 3 billion VND; officials and people of Nong Cong district donated 2.2 billion VND in the second phase; officials and people of Tho Xuan district donated 2 billion VND; officials and people of Ha Trung district donated 1 billion VND in the second phase. The union members of Winners Vina Co., Ltd. and foreign managers donated 187 million 665 thousand VND; University of Culture, Sports and Tourism donated 100 million VND; Tan Thanh 1 Co., Ltd. donated 100 million VND; HUD4 Construction Investment Joint Stock Company donated 50 million VND; Vinh Phat Construction and Trading Company Limited donated 38.5 million VND; Tramexco Joint Stock Company donated 19.1 million VND.

Comrade Pham Thi Thanh Thuy, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Department and Chairwoman of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee, respectfully thanked cadres, Party members, civil servants, employees, and the people of localities, units, and businesses in the province for their enthusiastic support in terms of material and spiritual contributions and for their meaningful, practical, and deeply humane actions towards the northern provinces affected by storms and floods. She also informed that, as of 4:30 PM on September 18th, the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee had received donations from 772 collectives and individuals, totaling nearly 31.1 billion VND.

The Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Department and Chairman of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee pledged that this donation would be compiled, reported to the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, and submitted to the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front for approval before being allocated to support the northern provinces in overcoming the consequences of storms and floods in a timely and appropriate manner.
