Today's global rubber prices remained stable in Thailand but rose sharply in China and Japan. The Japanese market, in particular, recorded its fourth consecutive day of gains, driven by technical recovery and partly due to positive economic data from China.

The latest trade data from China shows that its trade surplus has exceeded $1 trillion for the first time. This increase is mainly due to manufacturers diverting exports to markets outside the US, particularly Europe, Australia, and Southeast Asia, to avoid tariffs imposed by the Trump administration. China's consumer price index (CPI) also recorded a 0.7% increase year-on-year, as predicted by Reuters.

Meanwhile, oil prices remained stable for the fourth consecutive session, after falling about 1% earlier, as investors awaited developments in peace talks between Russia and Ukraine, along with the US interest rate decision.
