Pork prices today, December 11th: An upward trend is observed in some localities in the North and Central regions, while prices remain stable in the South.

Pork prices in Northern Vietnam today (December 11): Increased by 1,000 VND/kg

In the North, today's live pig prices recorded a slight increase in two locations, with prices across the region currently fluctuating between 59,000 and 61,000 VND/kg.

Specifically, Bac Ninh and Lai Chau both increased the price by 1,000 VND/kg, bringing the purchase price in Bac Ninh to 61,000 VND/kg and in Lai Chau to 60,000 VND/kg.

Meanwhile, many provinces such as Tuyen Quang, Cao Bang, Thai Nguyen, Hanoi , Hai Phong, Lao Cai, Phu Tho, Son La, and Hung Yen maintained the purchase price at 60,000 VND/kg.

The remaining provinces, including Lang Son, Quang Ninh, Ninh Binh, and Dien Bien, maintained the price at 59,000 VND/kg.

Pig price in Central Highlands: Increased by 1,000 VND/kg

In the Central and Central Highlands regions today, live pig prices have seen a slight increase in some localities, currently fluctuating between 58,000 and 60,000 VND/kg.

Specifically, the provinces of Gia Lai, Dak Lak, and Khanh Hoa all saw an increase of 1,000 VND/kg, reaching 59,000 VND/kg. Lam Dong also experienced the same increase, reaching the highest price in the region at 60,000 VND/kg.

Meanwhile, Thanh Hoa and Nghe An provinces maintained their prices at 60,000 VND/kg. Next, Ha Tinh, Quang Tri, and Quang Ngai continued to purchase at 59,000 VND/kg. The lowest price in the region, 58,000 VND/kg, was maintained in Hue and Da Nang.

Pork prices in Southern Vietnam today: Stable

The live pig market in Southern Vietnam remained stable today across all provinces and cities, fluctuating between 57,000 and 60,000 VND/kg.

Specifically, the provinces of Dong Nai, Tay Ninh, and Ho Chi Minh City maintained the highest price in the region at 60,000 VND/kg.

Meanwhile, Dong Thap and Vinh Long remained stable at 59,000 VND/kg. An Giang and Can Tho maintained prices at 58,000 VND/kg, while Ca Mau continued to have the lowest price in the region at 57,000 VND/kg.
