Pork prices in Northern Vietnam today (December 12): Reached 62,000 VND/kg
In the North, today's (December 12th) live pig prices increased across most localities, with an increase of 1,000 to 2,000 VND/kg, bringing the price across the region to fluctuate between 60,000 and 62,000 VND/kg.

Specifically, Cao Bang, Hanoi , Hai Phong, Ninh Binh, Phu Tho, and Hung Yen all saw an increase of 2,000 VND/kg. After the adjustment, Cao Bang, Hanoi, Hai Phong, Phu Tho, and Hung Yen reached the highest price in the region at 62,000 VND/kg, while Ninh Binh reached 61,000 VND/kg.
Provinces that increased prices by 1,000 VND/kg include Tuyen Quang, Thai Nguyen, Lang Son, Quang Ninh, Bac Ninh , Lai Chau, and Dien Bien. After the increase, Bac Ninh reached 62,000 VND/kg. Tuyen Quang, Thai Nguyen, and Lai Chau reached 61,000 VND/kg. Lang Son, Quang Ninh, and Dien Bien reached 60,000 VND/kg.
The two provinces of Lao Cai and Son La maintained the purchase price at 60,000 VND/kg.
Today's live pig prices in Central and Central Highlands regions: Continuing to rise.
The Central and Central Highlands regions today recorded a sharp increase in prices in most provinces. Current prices range from 59,000 to 62,000 VND/kg.

Specifically, the provinces of Thanh Hoa, Hue, and Da Nang saw an increase of 2,000 VND/kg. After the adjustment, Thanh Hoa reached the highest price of 62,000 VND/kg, while Hue and Da Nang reached 60,000 VND/kg.
Provinces that increased prices by 1,000 VND/kg include Nghe An, Ha Tinh, Quang Tri, Quang Ngai, Gia Lai, Dak Lak, and Khanh Hoa. After the increase, Nghe An reached 61,000 VND/kg, while Ha Tinh, Quang Tri, Quang Ngai, Gia Lai, Dak Lak, and Khanh Hoa all reached 60,000 VND/kg.
Lam Dong province, however, maintained its purchase price at 60,000 VND/kg.
Today's live pig prices in Southern Vietnam: Increased across the board.
The live pig market in Southern Vietnam today also recorded price increases in all localities, currently fluctuating between 58,000 and 62,000 VND/kg.

Specifically, Dong Nai province saw a sharp increase of 2,000 VND/kg, reaching the highest price in the region at 62,000 VND/kg.
All remaining provinces, including Tay Ninh, Dong Thap, An Giang, Ca Mau, Ho Chi Minh City, Vinh Long, and Can Tho, saw an increase of 1,000 VND/kg.
After adjustments, Tay Ninh and Ho Chi Minh City reached 61,000 VND/kg, Dong Thap and Vinh Long reached 60,000 VND/kg. An Giang and Can Tho both reached 59,000 VND/kg, while Ca Mau reached 58,000 VND/kg.
