Ticket prices to watch Vietnam team play in AFF Cup final are at an all-time high

(Dan Tri) - The Vietnam Football Federation (VFF) has just announced that the price to enter Viet Tri Stadium to watch the Vietnamese team compete in the final match of the AFF Cup 2024 on January 2 has increased to 1 million VND.

VFF decided to choose Viet Tri Stadium ( Phu Tho ) as the home stadium of the Vietnam team to compete in the first leg of the AFF Cup 2024 final on January 2, 2025. Immediately after the match with Singapore, the Vietnamese football management agency announced ticket prices for the upcoming match.

There are 3 ticket prices to watch the AFF Cup 2024 final match: 500,000 VND, 700,000 VND and 1 million VND/ticket respectively.

According to the announcement, VFF will only sell tickets online on the OneU app. Tickets will be sold from 8:00 a.m. to 11:59 p.m. on December 30 or until tickets are sold out, whichever comes first.

Each customer can buy up to 2 tickets/ID card or Passport. Tickets are expected to be returned from 8:00 to 17:00 on January 1, 2025 and January 2, 2025 at Post Office 130656 Nguyen Co Thach - No. 14, Nguyen Co Thach, Cau Dien, Nam Tu Liem, Hanoi or Post Office 291110 KHL Phu Tho - No. 1172 Hung Vuong Street, Tien Cat Ward, Viet Tri City, Phu Tho Province.

Notably, this price has increased significantly compared to the matches in the group stage (3 denominations of 100,000 VND, 200,000 VND and 300,000 VND/ticket) and the semi-finals (300,000 VND, 500,000 VND and 600,000 VND/ticket).

However, it is predicted that with the current attractiveness of the Vietnamese team, the situation of "sold out tickets" may appear. For example, in the semi-final match against Singapore, online tickets were announced to be sold out after only 15 minutes.

The last time the Vietnamese team won the AFF Cup was in 2018. In the final match, we will face either Thailand or the Philippines. In the first leg of the semi-final, the Philippines won 2-1 at home against Thailand. The second leg of the semi-final will take place at 8pm on December 30.
