On May 31st, the Hai Duong Provincial Police Department held a ceremony to announce and present promotion decisions and salary increases for 2023 to many local leaders and officers.
At the ceremony, the head of the Personnel and Organization Department of the Provincial Police announced the decisions of the Minister of Public Security regarding the promotion of officers to higher ranks.

Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Duc Thin, Head of the Personnel Department of the Provincial Police, announced the decision on promotion in rank.
Accordingly, Lieutenant Colonel Bui Quang Binh, Secretary of the Party Committee and Director of the Provincial Police, and Lieutenant Colonel Bui Manh Hung, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Deputy Director of the Hai Duong Provincial Police, were promoted to the rank of Colonel.
Specifically, Mr. Bui Quang Binh was promoted one year ahead of schedule due to his outstanding achievements during his tenure.

Along with the announcement ceremony for the two provincial police leaders, the Head of the Personnel and Organization Department also announced decisions regarding the promotion of rank and salary increase for 1,056 officers and soldiers in 2023.

Speaking at the ceremony, representatives of officers and soldiers who were promoted in rank and received salary increases expressed their gratitude for the attention and support from the Ministry of Public Security and the Party Committee and Board of Directors of the Provincial Public Security Department. They also pledged to continue striving, overcoming difficulties, upholding a high sense of responsibility, demonstrating pioneering and exemplary conduct, and excellently fulfilling their assigned tasks.
