The National Center for Meteorological and Hydrological Forecasting has issued a weather forecast for all regions of the country for the next 10 days.
Specifically, from now until November 29th, Northern Vietnam and Thanh Hoa will experience scattered rain, with sunny spells in the afternoon. Nights and mornings will be cold, with the lowest temperatures on November 28th ranging from 15-19°C, 14-16°C in mountainous areas, and below 10°C in high mountainous regions; the highest temperatures will generally be 20-24°C. In particular, the lowest temperature in Hanoi will be 17-19°C.
According to the 10-day weather forecast, the North will experience cold nights and mornings, with Hanoi's lowest temperature on November 28th being 17-19 degrees Celsius.
Rain is expected from Nghe An to Khanh Hoa, with heavy rain and localized thunderstorms in Ha Tinh to Thua Thien Hue and from Binh Dinh to Khanh Hoa on the morning of November 28th.
Other areas will experience scattered showers and thunderstorms.
According to the weather forecast from the night of November 29th to December 7th, the meteorological agency predicts scattered rain in the North, with cold temperatures at night and in the morning.
Northern and Central Vietnam will experience scattered rain and showers from around December 2nd.

It will be cold in the morning and at night. The lowest temperature will be 16-19 degrees Celsius, 14-16 degrees Celsius in mountainous areas, and below 10 degrees Celsius in high mountainous areas. The highest temperature will be 21-24 degrees Celsius.
Thanh Hoa - Thua Thien Hue: Scattered rain in the north. Rain and scattered showers in the south. North to northwest winds, 2-3 Beaufort scale. Cold weather in the north during the day and night, cool in the south. Lowest temperatures in the north 17-20°C, in the south 21-23°C. Highest temperatures in the north 21-24°C, in the south 24-27°C.
From Da Nang to Binh Thuan, there will be scattered rain and showers, with some areas experiencing heavy rain. Northeast winds will be at level 2-3. The lowest temperature will be 23-26 degrees Celsius. The highest temperature will be 26-29 degrees Celsius in the North and 29-32 degrees Celsius in the South.
The Central Highlands will experience scattered showers and thunderstorms. Northeast winds will be at level 2-3. The lowest temperature will be 19-22 degrees Celsius, with some areas below 18 degrees Celsius. The highest temperature will be 26-29 degrees Celsius.
Southern Vietnam will experience scattered showers and thunderstorms. Northeast winds will be at level 2-3. The lowest temperature will be 23-26 degrees Celsius. The highest temperature will be 30-33 degrees Celsius, with some areas exceeding 33 degrees Celsius.
