Hai Duong has 1,844 party members awarded or posthumously awarded Party badges on the occasion of February 3.

On the occasion of the 94th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of Vietnam (February 3, 1930 - February 3, 2024), the whole Hai Duong province had 1,824 party members awarded and 20 party members posthumously awarded the Party Badge.

Of which, 20 party members were awarded the 75-year Party membership badge; 15 party members were awarded the 70-year Party membership badge; 61 party members were awarded or posthumously awarded the 65-year Party membership badge; 148 party members were awarded or posthumously awarded the 60-year Party membership badge...

Hai Duong City Party Committee has the largest number of Party members awarded or posthumously awarded the Party Badge with 370 people, followed by Ninh Giang District Party Committee with 153 people, Chi Linh City Party Committee with 151 people, Nam Sach District Party Committee with 150 people, and Gia Loc District Party Committee with 145 people.

On this occasion, the whole province has 82 party members receiving the 40-year Party badge, receiving a one-time preferential allowance of 5 million VND each. These are the first cases to receive the allowance according to Resolution No. 18/2023/NQ-HDND, dated December 8, 2023 of the Provincial People's Council on one-time support and health insurance support for party members awarded the 40-year Party badge in Hai Duong province (previously, each party member received a one-time allowance of 2 million VND each).

The Provincial Party Committee's Organizing Committee has also guided localities and units to support 100% of the insurance premium according to Resolution No. 18/2023/NQ-HDND for party members awarded the 40-year Party membership badge to ensure the right subjects, no omissions or duplication; complete the review of cases awarded the Party badge on the occasion of February 3 in the first quarter of 2024.

The consideration of one-time support requests and health insurance premium support is carried out simultaneously when considering awarding Party Badges in 4 phases, on the occasions of February 3, May 19, September 2 and November 7 every year.
