In 2023, USC plans to transfer at least 11 ships to the Russian Navy, including 5 submarines (3 nuclear-powered and 2 diesel-powered), ships operating in distant and near seas.

"In the near future, the Navy flag will be hoisted on the third Project 22350 frigate, the Admiral Golovko, built at Severnaya Verf, and the Rezky corvette, built at the Amur Shipyard," Rakhmanov said.

In addition, according to him, after repairs, the Kronstadt shipyard also plans to hand over to the State the large landing ship of project 775, the Alexander Shabalin.

In April, the patrol ship of project 11540 Neustrashimy was returned to the Baltic Fleet after repairs at the Baltic shipyard Yantar. On May 13, the 240th anniversary of the Black Sea Fleet, the most advanced corvette of project 20380 Mercury built at Severnaya Verf was commissioned into the fleet, Rakhmanov informed.

"The annual progress of deliveries of nuclear submarines under defense orders is maintained. This year, the Sevmash Production Association plans to hand over to the fleet new nuclear submarines of the Borey-A Project (Emperor Alexander III) and the Yasen-M Project (Krasnoyarsk). The Admiralteisky Verf shipyard is completing trials of three newly built diesel-electric submarines," Rakhmanov added.
