Thousands of people attend Long Thanh airport job fair

On the morning of August 23, in An Phuoc commune (Dong Nai province), Vietnam Airports Corporation (ACV) coordinated with the Department of Education and Training and the Department of Home Affairs of Dong Nai province to organize the Long Thanh Airport Job Fair.

The festival aims to attract highly qualified human resources, mastering new and advanced technologies in the world , which will help the airport operate effectively.

The job fair attracted about 9,500 people to register online; more than 2,000 students from high schools, colleges and universities in Dong Nai province and Ho Chi Minh City participated. There were 7 businesses participating in recruitment at the event. The job positions were diverse, requiring high school education or higher.

According to Vice Chairman of Dong Nai Provincial People's Committee Le Truong Son, the locality is focusing on investment, accelerating the development of routes to connect Long Thanh airport and urgently implementing the airport urban project, free trade zone surrounding Long Thanh airport area, so the demand for human resources in all fields is very large. In the coming time, Dong Nai province will continue to review work progress, promote communication of labor needs to update training programs and provide appropriate human resources, serving the effective exploitation of Long Thanh airport.
