Thousands of people attend Long Thanh airport job fair

On the morning of August 23, at An Phuoc commune (Dong Nai province), Vietnam Airports Corporation (ACV) coordinated with the Department of Education and Training and the Department of Home Affairs of Dong Nai province to organize the Long Thanh Airport Job Fair.

The event aims to attract highly skilled personnel who are proficient in new and advanced technologies from around the world , which will help the airport operate efficiently.

The job fair attracted approximately 9,500 online applicants; over 2,000 high school, college, and university students from Dong Nai province and Ho Chi Minh City participated. Seven companies participated in the recruitment event. The job positions were diverse and required a minimum education level of high school.

According to Le Truong Son, Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Dong Nai province, the locality is focusing on investing in and accelerating the development of roads connecting to Long Thanh airport and urgently implementing the airport city project and the free trade zone surrounding Long Thanh airport, thus creating a huge demand for human resources in various fields. In the coming time, Dong Nai province will continue to review the progress of work, strengthen communication about labor needs to update training programs and provide suitable human resources to serve the efficient operation of Long Thanh airport.
