Coach Henrique Calisto and his wife returned to Vietnam a few days ago to meet their former students and colleagues. The former head coach of the Vietnam national team and famous and former players are getting ready to participate in the “Golden Generation” charity match in the first-ever event Vietnamese Football – Digital Masterpiece.
This is a match that brings together more than 50 famous Vietnamese football players from all over the years. More than 50 players are divided into 2 teams: Sao Vang and Rong Vang. The Rong Vang team is led by coach Phan Thanh Hung while coach Calisto is in charge of the Sao Vang team.

This afternoon, September 22, many famous players arrived in Ho Chi Minh City to prepare for an unprecedented reunion in history. All of them were very eager to meet their teachers and teammates who had together created victories and made their mark on Vietnamese football.
According to the plan, the two teams will get acquainted with Thong Nhat Stadium tomorrow afternoon, September 23, from 4:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. This is a necessary warm-up before many former players return to compete at 5:00 p.m. on September 24.
After getting acquainted with Thong Nhat Stadium, the famous players will attend the Golden Generation Appreciation Gala organized by Omedia Company, the organizer of this event, on the evening of September 23. Besides meeting and expressing gratitude, this is also a program aimed at charity when auctioning 4 items of Vietnamese Football to raise funds to support difficult circumstances in life in general and football in particular.
The Golden Generation match will be held at 5pm on September 24 at Thong Nhat Stadium in Ho Chi Minh City. Tickets for the match will be priced at 100,000 VND and 200,000 VND. Fans can buy tickets directly at Thong Nhat Stadium or online through the organizing committee's channels.
