Choosing Hai Duong Newspaper as her first destination upon returning to her hometown after nearly a month since winning the top title in the competition, Ngoc Quynh shared that she wanted to quickly engage in practical activities in her hometown. As Miss Tourism Vietnam, Ngoc Quynh felt a responsibility to introduce the cultural, historical, and scenic beauty of her homeland to everyone.
"Hai Duong not only has famous scenic spots but also holds many unique traditional cultural values that need to be shared more widely," Ngoc Quynh said.
Miss Tourism Vietnam emphasized that Hai Duong Newspaper is the official mouthpiece of the Party Committee, government, and people of Hai Duong, and has always been a reliable source of information for those of us living far from home to stay updated on news about our hometown. Ngoc Quynh hopes that Hai Duong Newspaper will be a bridge to spread her tourism promotion activities in her hometown. She expressed her sincere gratitude to Hai Duong Newspaper for its continuous attention and timely reporting on her journey to conquer the top title of the competition.
Miss Tourism Vietnam announced that she plans to participate in a gift-giving program for underprivileged children in her hometown of Hai Duong in September and hopes that Hai Duong Newspaper will cooperate in carrying out this program.
Comrade Nguyen Quy Trong, Editor-in-Chief of Hai Duong Newspaper, suggested that in the coming time, the specialized departments of Hai Duong Newspaper should closely coordinate with the Communication Committee of the Miss Tourism Vietnam 2024 Contest and Miss Ngoc Quynh to develop a plan to jointly promote and publicize typical images of Hai Duong's land and people, and Hai Duong tourism, contributing to helping domestic and international tourists see that the hometown of the new Miss Tourism Vietnam 2024 is a worthwhile destination.
On the evening of August 3rd, the final round of the Miss Tourism Vietnam 2024 competition took place in Cam Pha City ( Quang Ninh province). Pham Thi Ngoc Quynh, representing Hai Duong province, excellently surpassed 37 other contestants to win the crown.
