In the early morning of April 14th, the Fire Prevention and Control Police force of Binh Duong province extinguished a fire that occurred in the warehouse area containing waste paper of a packaging manufacturing company in Vinh Phu ward (Thuan An city, Binh Duong province).
Previously, the fire broke out at approximately 9:15 PM on April 13th in a waste paper storage warehouse belonging to a packaging manufacturing company, covering a total area of over 500 square meters.
Firefighters extinguished the fire.
Upon receiving the report, the Fire Prevention and Control Police Department of Binh Duong province dispatched 7 fire trucks and 50 officers and soldiers to the scene and coordinated with the firefighting forces of VSIP Industrial Park to control the fire and prevent it from spreading to the surrounding area.
Over 300 square meters of warehouse were destroyed by fire.
By early this morning (April 14th), the fire had been completely extinguished, but over 300 square meters of warehouse space were destroyed and collapsed. Authorities have not yet assessed the extent of the damage or determined the cause of the fire.
