Today, May 16, Mr. Tony Ngo, Master of Harvard Business School and Bachelor of Stanford University, co-founder of Everest Education, shared about the College Compass scholarship program. This is a strategic study abroad preparation program for high school students and gap year students (a way to call students who take a break from studying for a while to experience, explore ...).

Mr. Tony Ngo said that with this scholarship, he hopes to support talented high school students in Vietnam, who are limited in finance and resources, to be admitted to the top 30 National Universities and the top 15 liberal arts universities in the US. Specifically, the center will award 3 full scholarships: 2 scholarships for talented students who overcome difficulties and 1 scholarship for outstanding talent to students with sufficient qualities and abilities.

Each full scholarship will be awarded to one participating student, worth $11,000, lasting 1 year, including:

  • 42 hours of classroom instruction and 4 hours of 1-1 online tutoring on career guidance and university guidance, led by experienced mentors
  • Personalized guidance on writing application essays, building resumes, and practicing interviews
  • Expert resources on universities and scholarship application processes; opportunities to connect with alumni and program students
  • Opportunities to participate in online events and activities such as seminars and exchanges exclusively for College Compass students.

To be considered for a scholarship, students must meet the following requirements:
