Military Medical Academy met to celebrate Vietnamese Teachers' Day

On the afternoon of November 20, in Hanoi , the Military Medical Academy held a meeting to celebrate the 42nd anniversary of Vietnamese Teachers' Day (November 20, 1982 - November 20, 2024). Major General, Professor, Dr. Tran Viet Tien, Director of the Military Medical Academy attended and chaired the meeting.

Attending were: Major General, Associate Professor, Dr. Nghiem Duc Thuan, Political Commissar of the Academy; comrades in the Party Committee, Board of Directors of the Academy; delegates who were former Heads of the Board of Directors of the Academy, lecturers of the Military Medical Academy through the periods; delegates of agencies, units, and more than 300 officers, lecturers, employees and students of the Academy.

At the meeting, Major General, Associate Professor, Dr. Tran Ngoc Tuan, Deputy Director of the Academy, read a letter from General Phan Van Giang, Politburo member, Deputy Secretary of the Central Military Commission, Minister of National Defense , congratulating generations of teachers and educational administrators who have been working in the Army.

The Board of Directors of the Military Medical Academy presented Take souvenir photos with former comrades who were Heads of the Board of Directors of the Academy and lecturers of the Military Medical Academy through the periods .

Speaking at the meeting, Major General, Professor, Dr. Tran Viet Tien affirmed: Realizing their glorious mission in contributing to the successful implementation of the Party's strategic goals, directly implementing the political tasks of the Military Medical Academy; with love for the profession, responsibility and affection for beloved students, over the past 75 years, generations of teachers of the Academy with their enthusiasm and intelligence have devoted all to the cause of cultivating people, making an important contribution to the process of building and developing the Military Medical sector; actively participating in training human resources for the country's health sector; making worthy contributions to the cause of protecting soldiers' health, treating wounded soldiers in wartime; caring for, protecting and improving the health of soldiers and people in peacetime.

Many doctors trained by the Military Medical Academy have become prestigious officers, teachers, and physicians, assigned to hold high positions in the Army and the country's health sector. Along with fulfilling their duties and responsibilities well, many teachers of the Academy are also typical examples of the spirit of striving to improve their knowledge and professional qualifications...

Leaders of the Military Medical Academy presented flowers and rewards to teachers appointed to the title of Associate Professor and teachers awarded the title of Excellent Lecturer at the Ministry of National Defense level .

The Academy Director also requested the teaching staff of the Military Medical Academy to uphold their sense of responsibility and determination to successfully complete assigned tasks. The focus is to continue to thoroughly grasp and implement the Resolutions and conclusions of the Central Military Commission and the Ministry of National Defense on military, defense and education and training work; especially the specialized Resolutions on education and training, the motto "The quality of training of the school is the combat readiness of the unit". Effectively and practically implement the Project "Innovation of training processes and programs for cadres at all levels in the Army to meet the requirements of tasks in the new situation"; Project "Building a team of teachers and educational managers in the Army for the period 2023-2030 and the following years".

On this occasion, the Military Medical Academy presented flowers to express gratitude to former leaders of the Academy's Board of Directors and lecturers of the Military Medical Academy through the periods; rewarded 7 teachers appointed to the title of Associate Professor, 5 teachers awarded the title of excellent lecturer at the Ministry of National Defense level and 30 teachers awarded the title of excellent lecturer at the Academy level./.
