Conference on coordination of propaganda between Lam Dong Newspaper and PTTH with communes and wards

Comrade Le Huy Toan, Provincial Party Committee member and Editor-in-Chief of Lam Dong Newspaper and Radio & Television, presided over the meeting. Also attending the conference was Comrade Truong Quoc The Minh, Deputy Editor-in-Chief of Lam Dong Newspaper and Radio & Television. Representing the local authorities were leaders from the Party Committees and People's Committees of 13 communes and wards: Tanh Linh, Son My, Tan Hai, Nghi Duc, Dong Kho, Suoi Kiet, Nam Thanh, Hoai Duc, Tra Tan, Duc Linh, Bac Ruong, La Gi, and Phuoc Hoi.

At the conference, Comrade Le Huy Toan, Provincial Party Committee member and Editor-in-Chief of Lam Dong Newspaper and Radio & Television, stated that after the merger of six media agencies from three provinces, Lam Dong Newspaper and Radio & Television is the province's leading media agency, possessing modern technical infrastructure, a skilled team of reporters, engineers, and technicians, and offering a wide range of journalistic formats. This helps to promote and disseminate more effectively the image of the land, people, historical traditions, potential, and strengths of the localities, attracting investment for the development of industry, trade, services, and tourism .

The Editor-in-Chief of Lam Dong Newspaper and Radio & Television affirmed that propaganda is an extremely important political task of Lam Dong Newspaper and Radio & Television, assigned by the Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial People's Committee. Lam Dong Newspaper and Radio & Television is also a partially self-financing public service unit; to ensure funding for its operations and improve the quality of its journalistic products, it needs the support of localities within the province.

At the conference, leaders of communes, wards, and the Lam Dong Newspaper and Radio and Television Station unanimously agreed on the content of future coordinated propaganda efforts, based on the principle of ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and effectiveness, serving the overall political tasks. The focus will be on disseminating the Party's guidelines and policies, the State's laws and regulations, and information on the local economy, culture, society, security, and defense to a wide audience of people and domestic and foreign investors. Simultaneously, the conference will introduce the potential and strengths of the local socio-economic development, promptly guide information and public opinion, and contribute to maintaining stability and development in the locality.

Lam Dong Newspaper and Radio and Television Station, along with the communes and wards, expressed their determination to unify and strive to implement the signed agreement with the highest possible effectiveness.

Regarding funding, Lam Dong Newspaper and Radio and Television will support 50% of the total cost for localities to implement the plan, aiming for the highest effectiveness in communication work and contributing to socio-economic development. Localities also agreed to prioritize allocating resources to coordinate propaganda with Lam Dong Newspaper and Radio and Television, and to include it in the 2026 budget.

After discussion and agreement, Lam Dong Newspaper and Radio and Television Station, along with the communes and wards, signed a cooperation program for information and propaganda work in the coming period.
