In recent times, the association work and women's movement of the Naval Technical College have constantly innovated the content and methods of operation, focusing on the grassroots, closely following the situation and tasks, contributing significantly to the successful completion of the School's political tasks.

Colonel Luong Duc Khanh, Political Commissar of the School, gave a speech directing the Congress.

The School Women's Union has effectively promoted the movement "Women help each other develop family economy " and the models: "Savings groups", "Model military family clubs"... creating resources of hundreds of millions of VND each year, helping many members increase production effectively and increase income. The Union also focuses on education to improve knowledge and skills to build and foster equal, progressive and happy military families. From 2021 to now, 100% of member families have achieved the title of "Cultural Family" in the locality. Recently, the Union has actively and effectively implemented the model of "Digital Education for the People", increasing the application of information technology in operating activities.

The congress proceeded to vote to elect a new executive committee.

Inheriting the achievements, in the 2025 - 2030 term, the Association and women's movement of the Naval Technical College determined to focus on two breakthroughs: Promoting digital transformation in women's work and women's movement, accompanying women to improve digital capacity; promoting gender equality, improving the quality of female staff, striving to increase the proportion of women participating in leadership and management in appropriate fields. The Association continues to aim for the goals of building women of the Naval Technical College with "Courage, intelligence, discipline, humanity", worthy of the title "Uncle Ho's soldiers - Navy soldiers" in the new era.

Speaking at the Congress, Colonel Luong Duc Khanh, Political Commissar of the Naval Technical College, requested that in the coming term, in order to meet the criteria of "Courage, intelligence, discipline, and humanity", the School's Women's Union needs to focus on building the Union and women's groups strong in politics, ideology, ethics, and organization; dynamic and creative in practical activities; promoting the spirit of solidarity and mutual love. At the same time, concretize models and movements so that the Union's movement can have a new development step on par with the requirements of the task; be active, proactive, and adapt quickly in digital transformation and digital skills; contribute to the successful implementation of the School's political tasks.
