Over the past period, the women's association and movement at the Naval Technical College has continuously innovated its content and methods of operation, focusing strongly on the grassroots level, closely aligned with the situation and tasks, and making an important contribution to the successful completion of the College's political mission.

Colonel Luong Duc Khanh, Political Commissar of the School, delivered a speech guiding the Congress.

The Women's Association of the School has effectively promoted the "Women Helping Each Other Develop Family Economy " movement and models such as "Savings Groups" and "Model Military Family Clubs," generating hundreds of millions of dong annually, helping many members increase production and income effectively. The Association also focuses on educating and improving knowledge and skills in building and fostering equal, progressive, and happy military families. From 2021 to the present, 100% of member families have achieved the "Culturally Advanced Family" title in their localities. Recently, the Association has actively and effectively implemented the "Digital Literacy Program for the People," strengthening the application of information technology in its operations.

The congress proceeded to vote for the new executive committee.

Building upon past achievements, during the 2025-2030 term, the Women's Union and women's movement at the Naval Technical College will focus on two key breakthroughs: Promoting digital transformation in women's affairs and the women's movement, supporting women in enhancing their digital capabilities; and promoting gender equality, improving the quality of female staff, and striving to increase the percentage of women participating in leadership and management in relevant fields. The Union will continue to aim towards building women at the Naval Technical College who are "courageous, intelligent, disciplined, and compassionate," worthy of the title "Ho Chi Minh's Soldiers - Naval Warriors" in the new era.

The Head of the School and representatives from various departments and units presented flowers to congratulate the Congress.

In his address to the Congress, Colonel Luong Duc Khanh, Political Commissar of the Naval Technical College, requested that, in the next term, to meet the criteria of "Courage, intelligence, discipline, and compassion," the Women's Association of the College should focus on building a strong Association and its women's groups in terms of politics, ideology, ethics, and organization; be dynamic and creative in practical activities; and uphold the spirit of solidarity and mutual support. At the same time, they should concretize models and activities so that the Association's movement can develop to a level commensurate with the requirements of the mission; be active, proactive, and adapt quickly to digital transformation and digital skills; and contribute to the successful implementation of the College's political tasks.
