Bac Ninh Province Literature and Arts Association announced decisions on organizing the Association.

Attending the conference were leaders of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee, the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission, the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism; and representatives of branches of the Literature and Arts Association of the two provinces of Bac Giang and Bac Ninh (old).

Leaders of provincial departments, branches and sectors congratulated the Provisional Executive Committee of the Association.

At the conference, the Standing Committee of the Association announced the decision of the People's Committee of Bac Ninh province to allow the merger of the Bac Giang Provincial Literature and Arts Association and the Bac Ninh Provincial Literature and Arts Association (old) into the Bac Ninh Provincial Literature and Arts Association.

Mr. Nguyen Tuan Khuong, Chairman of the Bac Giang Provincial Literature and Arts Association before the merger, was appointed as the interim Chairman of the Bac Ninh Provincial Literature and Arts Association. The interim Vice Chairmen include: Nguyen Thi Thu Ha, Do Van Phong, Nguyen Thi Mai Phuong, Le Thanh Huyen, Nguyen Van Hung and Le Xuan Thang. The interim Executive Committee consists of 31 members, representing the province's literature and arts majors.

The representative of the Provincial Literature and Arts Association presented the decision to establish the Executive Committee of the branch.

At the same time, the Conference approved the decision to merge the branches of the Literature and Arts Association of the two provinces into 8 branches including: Prose, Poetry, Photography, Fine Arts, Music, Theater, Folk Arts, and Architecture. The Provincial Literature and Arts Association currently has 557 members; headquartered at 72 Hung Vuong Street, Bac Giang Ward, Bac Ninh Province and is a member organization of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee according to the decision to transfer the associations assigned by the Party and State to the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee from August 21.

Speaking at the conference, comrade Thai Hai Anh, Vice Chairman of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee, briefly informed about the assignment of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee to the affiliated organizations. He acknowledged and highly appreciated the contributions of the province's artists in the past time and hoped that the Bac Ninh Provincial Literature and Arts Association would continue to promote the tradition of solidarity and creativity, contributing to building a rich cultural and spiritual life, promoting the cultural and social development of the province in the new period.

Also at the conference, the Provincial Literature and Arts Association deployed key tasks for the last months of 2025, including regularly training and improving professional capacity for members; organizing and launching creative activities to serve major holidays, promoting the image of the province, meeting the requirements of building and developing Bac Ninh culture and people in the new situation.
