Xuan Lam commune has 108/111 lots in Tu Hoa area, area 21,918 m2 ; Nam Nghia commune has 94 lots, of which 57 lots are in the planning area in Ba Hang and 23/37 lots in Nuong Rong are put up for auction.
As a result, after a period of announcement according to regulations, the planning area in Xuan Lam had 1,057/1,057 applications participating in the auction, an average of nearly 10 applications participating in the auction for 1 lot; Nam Nghia commune had 682/682 applications participating in the auction.
After the announcement ceremony, Xuan Lam commune successfully auctioned 108/108 lots with a total winning bid of 126.92 billion VND, a difference of 58 billion VND compared to the starting price, including lots that doubled the starting price.
Meanwhile, in Nam Nghia commune, in the Ba Hang planning area, 57 lots were auctioned for 67.622 billion VND, the difference from the starting price was 28.321 billion VND; in the planning area in Nuong Rong, 23/37 lots were auctioned, the total winning bid was 27.285 billion VND, the difference from the starting price was 5.65 billion VND.
Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Minh - Director of the Property Auction Service Center said: This is the locality with a record number of people participating in land auctions since the beginning of the year. In total, the 3 planning areas of the 2 communes above in Nam Dan have over 1,600 participating documents. Although there were many participants in the auction, thanks to the careful preparation for the auction and the active support of the commune government, the procedure for announcing the auction ballots was completed in 1 session. Combined with a number of previous auctions organized by the Center in Dien Chau and Do Luong, the land auction market has recovered positively.
It is known that Xuan Lam is a commune that has just met the model new rural standards , and Nam Nghia commune is located over 5 km from the center of Nam Dan district, but these two communes are the locations planned to implement large investment projects, so they attract many investors from districts in the province to participate.
