On the evening of February 18, Mr. Le Hoang Chau, Chairman of the Ho Chi Minh City Real Estate Association (HoREA), informed that the leaders of the Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee and departments and branches have been determined to remove obstacles for projects in the city.
Specifically, on February 20, Vice Chairman of the Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee Bui Xuan Cuong and related departments, district leaders and investors will have a meeting to listen to reports on resolving difficulties and problems of 7 projects in Ho Chi Minh City. Each project will be reported in detail within 30 minutes.
The 7 projects mentioned above include: Project of Commercial Center and Luxury Apartment on Ben Nghe Street, Tan Thuan Dong Ward, District 7; Project of Tan Thang Sports and Residential Complex, Tan Ky Ward, Tan Phu District; Project of Cuu Long Apartment - No. 1 Ton That Thuyet Street, Ward 1, District 4; Project of Song Viet Complex - construction at lot 1-7, Thu Thiem New Urban Area, Thu Duc City; Project of Thien Ly Residential Area in Phuoc Long B Ward, Thu Duc City; Project of 30.2 hectares in Binh Khanh Ward, Thu Duc City and Project of Co Giang Apartment, Co Giang Ward, District 1.
It is known that among these 7 projects, there are 2 projects invested and developed by No Va Real Estate Investment Joint Stock Company ( Novaland ), which are the 30.2 ha project in Binh Khanh Ward, Thu Duc City and the Co Giang Apartment project in Co Giang Ward, District 1.
Thu Thiem urban area has Song Viet project in the list of reports to remove difficulties this time.
Previously, Mr. Bui Xuan Cuong also had a working session with 19 real estate businesses to listen to reports before the "Conference to remove obstacles and promote the healthy and sustainable development of the real estate market" chaired by the Prime Minister .
At the end of 2022, HoREA made a proposal to the Prime Minister's Working Group and competent state agencies to consider removing legal obstacles for 149 commercial housing, social housing, and urban housing projects...
