The newly established communes are focusing on developing high-tech production, striving to maintain and transform the rural landscape in a sustainable manner, promoting model residential areas that are bright, green, clean, and beautiful, and continuously improving people's incomes...

Focus on developing high-tech agriculture .

Phu Vinh commune was formed by merging the former Phu Vinh and Phu Tan communes of Dinh Quan district. These communes have both successfully completed the construction of model new rural areas. This facilitates the commune's continued development of its advantages and potential to create momentum for sustainable development, maintain and enhance its capabilities, and meet the criteria for building model new rural areas according to new standards.

According to Dao Van Tuan, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of the People's Council of Phu Vinh commune, immediately after the new commune came into operation, the Party Committee and the commune government identified key tasks to focus on implementing comprehensive solutions to stabilize the organizational structure, promote socio-economic development, and improve the material, cultural, and spiritual lives of the people.

"In particular, the commune encourages effective production and business models; focuses on developing high-tech agriculture, small-scale industries and services, creating jobs and increasing people's income while continuing to implement the model new rural area program," Mr. Dao Van Tuan emphasized.

Mr. Huynh Thanh Son (residing in Suoi Soong 2 hamlet, Phu Vinh commune) expressed: “The new commune government has come into operation with many expectations for the people. I hope the new commune will continue to transform the rural landscape, and that the models and projects for building new rural areas in the locality will be upgraded. This will create conditions to help improve the lives of the people.”

Phu Hoa commune was formed by rearranging and merging the communes of Phu Hoa and Phu Loi in the former Dinh Quan district, and Phu Dien commune in the former Tan Phu district. These communes all achieved outstanding results in building model new rural areas and developing high-tech agricultural models.

Mr. Nguyen Van Hanh, a farmer residing in Phu Hoa commune, said that he is participating in a production linkage model for durian trees following VietGAP standards to enhance the value of local agricultural products. At the same time, this aims to develop a stable market and increase farmers' income.

Improving the quality of life for the people.

Recognizing that building new rural areas and improving the quality of services for people and businesses is a crucial, regular, and continuous task, immediately after the administrative reorganization, Dinh Quan commune quickly stabilized and effectively put the new government apparatus into operation. Accordingly, the commune prioritized consolidating key positions and clearly assigning tasks to each official and unit.

Regular briefings and meetings are held continuously to promptly grasp the situation and resolve emerging issues. At the same time, focus is placed on reviewing and improving working regulations and administrative procedure processes to ensure uniformity, transparency, and maximum convenience for citizens. The application of information technology in management and operation is also being promoted, helping to improve work efficiency and shorten the time for processing administrative procedures.

To ensure uninterrupted progress in building new rural areas after the merger, the newly merged communes in the former Dinh Quan district, and Dinh Quan commune in particular, are focusing on maintaining and improving the criteria already achieved. At the same time, they are researching and continuing to implement the goals of the New Rural Area Construction Program in the context of the new administrative unit, meeting the requirements of new development…

Ms. Tran Bich Thuy (residing in Hiep Luc hamlet, Dinh Quan commune) said: “After the reorganization and formation of the new commune, I believe that the local infrastructure and transportation will continue to be more modern and well-maintained. The environment will be kept clean, and officials will be closer to the people. I hope that the two-tiered government model will bring even more effectiveness so that the lives of the people will improve even further.”

With the motto that building new rural areas is a regular, continuous task with "no end point," especially in the era of national progress, it requires the joint efforts of all levels of government, departments, organizations, and especially the consensus of the people. Maintaining and promoting the criteria for building new rural areas in the newly established communes will contribute to improving the material and spiritual lives of the people and will also be a measure of the effectiveness of the new commune government's operation.

Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of the People's Council of Phu Hoa commune, Tran Nam Bien, emphasized that the commune's Party Committee and government focus on promoting a sense of responsibility, pioneering spirit, and exemplary conduct, building internal unity, and effectively fulfilling the role of leaders at the commune level. This opens up a new, more streamlined, efficient, and people-oriented approach… Innovation, creativity, transparency, and efficiency are core values for the commune's development and proactive adaptation to the new situation.
