Opening Ceremony for the Training Courses on Skills, Professional Practices, and In-depth Knowledge in Religious Affairs in the City in 2024 (Phase 2)

(Haiphong.gov.vn) - On the morning of September 23, the To Hieu Political School held the opening ceremony for the training courses on skills, professional expertise, and in-depth knowledge of religious affairs in the city in 2024 (batch 2).
From September 23-27, more than 260 trainees, divided into 4 classes, will receive instruction from current and former leaders of the Institute of Religion and Beliefs, Ho Chi Minh National Political Academy; leaders of the Religious Affairs Department, Hai Phong Department of Internal Affairs; the Internal Security Department - Hai Phong City Police; and the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Hai Phong City. They will be equipped with and updated on general issues concerning religious affairs in the new situation; the Party's viewpoint, policies, and laws of the State on belief and religion in Vietnam; and especially skills and expertise in carrying out the work of mobilizing and uniting religions and managing religion in Hai Phong.
The training course is an opportunity to equip and enhance the knowledge, skills, and professional expertise of officials and civil servants working in state management of beliefs and religions at all levels, enabling them to absorb new knowledge and experience into practice, better serving the work of advising local Party committees and authorities in carrying out the tasks of state management of beliefs and religions more effectively.
