Speaking at the opening ceremony on the afternoon of March 15, the Polish Ambassador to Vietnam, Alexander Nowakowski, stated that painting is one of the powerful means of promoting cultural exchange and understanding.

Affirming that the Temple of Literature is the perfect place to celebrate the diverse colors of culture, the Ambassador believes that cultural exchange activities there will further promote understanding between the two nations.

As the organizer of the exhibition, Polish-Vietnamese artist Minh Đàm expressed his gratitude for the valuable support of the Polish Embassy in making this exhibition a reality.

He hopes the event will contribute to promoting cultural exchange, artistic sharing, and inspiring creativity among artists and art enthusiasts.

With the theme "Colors of Culture," the exhibition at the Temple of Literature - National University displays more than 200 watercolor paintings by artists from many countries.

On this occasion, a special space called "Polish Corner" was also introduced at the Temple of Literature - National University. In addition, at the demo and workshop "Reflections on Cultural Heritage: Watercolor Workshop with Polish Masters," Polish artists, along with many international and Vietnamese artists, participated in painting pictures of the Temple of Literature.

Director of the Van Mieu-Quoc Tu Giam Cultural and Scientific Activities Center, Le Xuan Kieu, assessed the workshop as a meaningful activity at the exhibition.

He believes the exhibition is an open space for fostering cultural connections between the Temple of Literature and the Imperial Academy with Poland, and many other countries in the future.
