During the April 30, May 1 holidays and the peak summer season, Vietnam Airlines will operate and open sales for 2,000 additional flights after 9 p.m. on routes between Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City...

Night flights have been increased to provide more options for passengers, meeting increased travel demand during peak periods amid reduced supply due to the impact of engine recalls.

Accordingly, the airline also opens for sale many economy class tickets with attractive prices during this time frame such as economy class tickets (from 1,724,000 VND/trip or 1,929,000 VND/trip, including taxes and fees) for the journey between Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City or economy class tickets on flights between Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City to Da Nang, Nha Trang, Quy Nhon.

At the same time, to contribute to stimulating domestic tourism , Vietnam Airlines is implementing many incentive programs on this occasion. Passengers who buy tickets for the entire journey in flexible economy or standard economy class will receive a 20% discount when buying flexible economy or standard economy class tickets the next time; 10% discount on ticket prices for groups of 4 or more and 15% discount on ticket prices for groups of 8 or more; buy early with a good price with a 5% discount on ticket prices on domestic itineraries when buying early 30 days before departure date.

In addition, the airline offers many business class promotions from only 1,909,000 VND/way (including taxes and fees) for some domestic flights with departure times before 6:00 am and after 9:00 pm. These programs may have conditions regarding departure time and flight route.

Currently, Vietnam Airlines recorded that in the first two days of the holiday (April 27 and 28), the occupancy rate of many tourist routes has reached 70-90% such as Hanoi - Hue, Chu Lai, Quy Nhon, Dong Hoi, Nha Trang; Ho Chi Minh City - Phu Quoc, Tuy Hoa, Dong Hoi, Da Lat, Van Don. Flights from Hanoi to Da Nang and Phu Quoc have been filled by more than half and are expected to continue to increase sharply in the week leading up to the holiday.
