Golf tournaments promote a spirit of sportsmanship combined with meaningful community activities.

The "I Love Vietnam" Golf Tournament is organized to celebrate the 78th anniversary of the National Day of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam and to commemorate the 50th anniversary of the liberation of the South and the reunification of the country. The program will become an exciting and dramatic playground for golf enthusiasts to showcase their talent and promote physical fitness.

Furthermore, the tournament combines fundraising activities for the "Proud of the National Flag" program, chaired by Mr. Truong Hoa Binh - former Politburo member and former Standing Deputy Prime Minister - as honorary chairman, and the "Scholarship Program to Support Ethnic Minority and Poor Students," founded by Mr. Truong Hoa Binh and managed and operated by the Nguoi Lao Dong newspaper.

All proceeds from the tournament, after deducting organizational costs, will be donated to two meaningful community programs that Mr. Truong Hoa Binh and the Nguoi Lao Dong Newspaper have been implementing for many years, ” said Mr. Bui Thanh Liem, Deputy Editor-in-Chief of Nguoi Lao Dong Newspaper and co-head of the tournament organizing committee.

Accordingly, the Golf Tournament will bring together hundreds of professional and amateur golfers to compete in an 18-hole handicap stroke play format. Athletes will be divided according to their official handicap into three different divisions at Royal Long An Golf & Villas. This is a new golf course in the Southern region, featuring impressive and challenging greens designed by legendary golfer Sir Nick Faldo.
