The wind gradually intensified to level 6, then at times increased to level 7, gusting to levels 8-9, causing rough seas with waves 1.5-2.5m high. In the Do Son, Cat Hai - Lan Ha Bay sea areas, the northeast wind was level 3-4, with waves 0.25-0.75m high.
