A representative from Hoa Hiep Co., Ltd. stated: According to assessments by inspection teams, the Dien Chau - Bai Vot expressway is ready for technical opening on the afternoon of April 28th, as planned by the Ministry of Transport, from the intersection in Dien Cat commune, Dien Chau district to the intersection with National Highway 46B in Hung Tay commune, Hung Nguyen district, in time for the upcoming April 30th holiday.
