Uong Bi City has achieved these achievements thanks to the harmonious combination of factors: The comprehensive leadership role of the Party Committees at all levels; the effective management and operation role of the government; the determination, dedication and exemplary role of the leaders; the spirit of solidarity, innovation and patriotic emulation among the majority of cadres, Party members and people.

With a solid foundation, we must be quick, decisive, grasp opportunities, make good use of opportunities, closely follow the policies of the Central Government and the province to continue the city's development momentum, exploit the potentials and strengths of the locality.
