During the past term, the commune has effectively implemented the 2018 General Education Program, associated with the Project "Improving the quality of education in extremely disadvantaged areas". Thanks to that, the quality of teaching and learning has been gradually improved, and the team of managers and teachers increasingly meets the requirements.
Currently, the whole commune has 10 schools, of which 8 schools meet national standards level 1. The team of 163 teachers, 98% of whom meet professional standards. Socialization of education is promoted, many experiential activities, sports , and preservation of national culture are organized regularly.

Le Loi commune maintains and improves the results of universal education and illiteracy eradication: 100% of 5-year-old children attend kindergarten, 100% of 6-year-old children attend first grade, 98.9% of students of secondary school age attend school. The rate of students completing primary school, graduating from secondary school and high school is 100%. Over 72% of students continue to study in general education or participate in vocational training.

However, after the merger, Le Loi is still a poor commune, with unsynchronized traffic infrastructure and offices, limited clean water systems and investment in tourism development.
At the first Party Congress of the commune for the 2025-2030 term, the commune identified the general goal of promoting people's solidarity, mobilizing and effectively using resources, and developing a sustainable socio-economy associated with new rural construction. In particular, education continues to be considered a breakthrough.

The commune strives to maintain 88% of schools meeting national standards by 2030, with one more school meeting level 2 standards; maintain the standards of 5-year-old preschool education, level 3 primary education, level 2 secondary education and level 1 illiteracy eradication. At the same time, focus on improving the quality of human resources, especially civil servants, building a learning society, providing career orientation and appropriate streaming for students' abilities in line with labor market needs.

To achieve the goal, Le Loi commune will continue to focus on improving the quality of mass education, key education, developing the teaching staff, while researching investment in functional classrooms, boarding houses and arranging and streamlining the school system.
