The mobile film screening event is a practical activity to celebrate the Lao Cai Provincial Emulation Congress and the First Congress of the Vietnam Fatherland Front of Lao Cai Province, term 2025-2030. Through this, it aims to create momentum for socio-economic development, maintain political stability, social order and safety, and simultaneously respond to the movement of studying and following the ideology, ethics, and style of Ho Chi Minh.

Accordingly, the film screenings organized by the Lao Cai Provincial Center for Culture and Cinema will run until October 28th in the communes of Muong Lai, Luc Yen, Tan Linh, Khanh Hoa, Phuc Loi, Bao Ai, Pung Luong, Mu Cang Chai, and Nam Co.

In various localities, the Lao Cai Provincial Cultural and Film Center introduces to audiences valuable films and documentaries about the Party, the beloved President Ho Chi Minh, and the unique traditional cultural values ​​of ethnic groups, aiming to widely disseminate and educate cadres, Party members, and the people about the struggle, construction, and development of Lao Cai province over the past 125 years. At the same time, it promotes the achievements of the country in nearly 40 years of reform , contributing to spreading positive values ​​and building a rich cultural and spiritual life at the grassroots level.

Mobile film screenings contribute to creating a joyful and enthusiastic atmosphere, encouraging and motivating Party committees, government agencies, mass organizations, armed forces, officials, civil servants, workers, students, and all strata of people in Lao Cai province to promote patriotic emulation movements in all fields.
