VHO - Lao Cai Provincial Culture and Cinema Center has just organized mobile film screening teams to serve people in villages and hamlets in Lao Cai province, contributing to spreading good values ​​and building a rich cultural and spiritual life at the grassroots level.

The mobile film screening is a practical activity to welcome the Patriotic Emulation Congress of Lao Cai province and the 1st Congress of the Vietnam Fatherland Front of Lao Cai province, term 2025 - 2030. Accordingly, the film screenings will be organized by the Lao Cai Provincial Culture and Cinema Center until October 28, in the communes of Muong Lai, Luc Yen, Tan Linh, Khanh Hoa, Phuc Loi, Bao Ai, Pung Luong, Mu Cang Chai and Nam Co.

In localities, Lao Cai Provincial Culture and Cinema Center introduces to audiences valuable cinematographic works and documents about the Party, beloved Uncle Ho and the unique traditional cultural values ​​of ethnic groups, aiming to widely propagate and educate cadres, party members and people about the process of struggle, construction and development of Lao Cai province over the past 125 years. At the same time, promote the achievements of the country in nearly 40 years of renovation , contributing to spreading good values, building a rich cultural and spiritual life at the grassroots level.
