Leaders of Da Nang City Military Command encourage officers and soldiers to overcome the consequences of floods

DNO - On the morning of November 1, Colonel Vo Van Tuan, Political Commissar of the Da Nang City Military Command, visited, encouraged, and presented gifts to the forces performing tasks in Bo Ban village (Hoa Vang commune) and areas along National Highway 1 (Xuan Phu commune).

Currently, nearly 300 officers and soldiers of Regiment 971, Regiment 885 (City Military Command), together with the forces of the Defense Command of Area 1 - Cam Le, Area 3 - Ban Thach and local militia are urgently cleaning up, collecting garbage, mud, dredging canals, cleaning public works, helping people to soon restore production.

Colonel Vo Van Tuan praised the sense of responsibility and the will to overcome difficulties of the officers and soldiers of the units. At the same time, he requested the Party committees and commanders of the units to continue to take care of the health of the soldiers.

In the process of helping people overcome the consequences of floods, it is necessary to ensure absolute safety; promote the highest sense of responsibility, promptly help people quickly overcome the consequences of natural disasters and stabilize production.

Previously, on the afternoon of October 31, Colonel Tran Huu Ich, Commander of the City Military Command, led a working delegation to inspect, visit and encourage the forces performing the task of overcoming the consequences of floods at Dien Ban Regional General Hospital and Tay An village (Go Noi commune).

The Commander of the City Military Command praised the high sense of responsibility of officers and soldiers of the Military Command of Region 5 - Dien Ban, agencies and units under the City Military Command, along with forces of Division 315, Military School of Military Region 5 and Division 375 (Air Defense - Air Force) for quickly cleaning up mud, spraying disinfectants and sterilizing the entire affected area, contributing to helping the hospital resume operations and people stabilize their lives.

On this occasion, Colonel Tran Huu Ich presented gifts to encourage the Board of Directors and staff, doctors of Dien Ban Regional General Hospital; coordinated with the Department of Industry and Trade to present nearly 300 gifts to people in Tay An village.
