Representing the Ministry of Foreign Affairs , Deputy Minister Le Thi Thu Hang received the delegation from the Vietnam News Agency (VNA) who came to congratulate the Ministry on the 80th anniversary of the establishment of the diplomatic service.
On behalf of the VNA leadership, Deputy Director General Doan Thi Tuyet Nhung extended her best wishes to Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Bui Thanh Son, the leadership and all staff working at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and especially congratulated them on the achievements that the Foreign Affairs sector has attained over the past 80 years.
Deputy Director General Doan Thi Tuyet Nhung affirmed that, over the past 80 years, Vietnam's diplomatic sector has continuously grown stronger, playing a leading role in foreign affairs and making a significant contribution to the protection, construction, and development of the country. The Vietnam News Agency (VNA) is proud to be a key media agency, accompanying the diplomatic sector in informing and publicizing the foreign affairs activities of the Party and State, contributing to enhancing Vietnam's image and position in the international arena.
On this occasion, the Deputy Director General of VNA expressed his gratitude to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs for its cooperation and support throughout the past period, enabling VNA to fulfill its political mission in external information work, both domestically and abroad.
