Departure Ceremony of the 2023 "Semester in the Army" Program (2nd class)

On July 27, at Infantry Regiment 896, the Organizing Committee of the Program "Semester in the Army" and "Learning to be a Police Officer" in 2023 held the Launching Ceremony of the Program "Semester in the Army" in 2023 (2nd class).

The program had 93 students from secondary and high schools in the province. During 10 days, the students participated in activities such as: Education on the tradition of the heroic Vietnam People's Army; the qualities of Uncle Ho's soldiers in the new era; army management regulations and team regulations; drowning prevention skills; recognition and prevention of minor abuse, social practice skills, collective living skills, participation in social activities, volunteering, and environmental protection. In particular, this year's second class had a field trip to CK35 - Mui Dinh, Phuoc Dinh commune (Thuan Nam), the Provincial Museum, the historical site of Thap Cham - Poklong Garai Tower and learned about the revolutionary historical site of Thap Cham train depot.

Speaking at the Departure Ceremony, the Provincial Youth Union leaders requested relevant levels, sectors, localities and units where the second class of the 2023 "Semester in the Army" program takes place to always create favorable conditions to support the Program Organizing Committee to successfully complete the assigned tasks. For students participating in the 2023 "Semester in the Army" program (2nd class), they need to comply with the rules and regulations of the Program Organizing Committee, promote the glorious tradition of the heroic Vietnam People's Army, study and follow the qualities of Uncle Ho's soldiers, strive to train and try to excellently complete the tasks.
