Hai Phong City Labor Federation 'thanks workers'

The program aims to improve the capacity of grassroots union officials and thank union members and workers for their active contributions to the development of the union organization.

503 outstanding trade union officials and members participated in this program.

On September 7th, the Hai Phong City Federation of Labor organized the program "Thanking Workers in 2025".

The second phase of the program was organized for 503 outstanding trade union officials and members in western Hai Phong to participate in a practical training course on organizing collective activities.

Within the framework of the program, the delegation offered incense at the Nguyen Duc Canh Memorial House in An Hai ward; visited the Bach Dang Giang historical site; exchanged and shared skills on organizing collective events; and discussed the steps in organizing large-scale activities to care for workers, such as: surveying the needs of union members to develop appropriate activities; planning, organizing, and preparing personnel; coordinating and communicating to attract active participation of union members; skills in coordinating and handling arising issues; and evaluating the effectiveness after the activity to draw lessons for union officials, members, and workers.

Earlier, at the end of August, 360 outstanding trade union officials and members in the western part of the city also participated in a similar activity.

Representatives of the City Federation of Labor Unions offered incense at the Memorial House of Comrade Nguyen Duc Canh (An Hai Ward).

This is a practical activity to acknowledge the positive contributions of the city's officials, union members, and workers to the development of the Trade Union organization in the city.

In September, the Hai Phong City Federation of Labor is expected to organize three programs for outstanding trade union officials and members from the eastern part of Hai Phong to participate in and learn from the experiences of those in the western part of the city.
