(Dan Tri Newspaper) - A 33-year-old man in Ha Tinh suffered an allergic reaction after drinking a bottle of electrolyte drink and subsequently assaulted a female pharmacy employee.
On March 10th, the commander of Tan Giang Ward Police (Ha Tinh City, Ha Tinh Province) announced that the identity of the man who assaulted the female pharmacy employee in the viral video has been confirmed as L.D.T. (33 years old, residing in Tan Giang Ward), a freelance worker.
This person stated that on February 18th, he went to a pharmacy located in Tan Giang ward. There, he was advised by a female pharmacy employee named Huong (25 years old, the name has been changed) to buy a bottle of electrolyte drink and 10 packets of digestive enzymes.

The man went home, used the product, and had an allergic reaction. He then returned to the pharmacy, loudly demanded that Ms. Huong drink the bottle of water he had bought, and then assaulted her.
Following the incident, the Tan Giang Ward Police investigated and verified the facts, summoning L.D.T. for questioning. During this process, he admitted his wrongdoing and, along with his family, personally visited the victim's home to apologize.
The Tan Giang Ward Police are continuing to gather evidence and documents to handle the case according to regulations.
As Dan Tri newspaper reported, at the end of February, a video recorded by a security camera appeared on social media showing a man assaulting a female pharmacy employee.

According to the video, at around 8 PM on February 18th, a female employee was advising and selling medicine to a customer. A man wearing a black jacket suddenly appeared, holding a bottle of water.
After a brief conversation, the man stormed into the counter area, cornered the female employee against the wall, and forced her to drink a bottle of water. When the employee refused, she was attacked.
Seeing this, another female employee ran over to intervene, causing the man to leave. However, after a short distance, the man returned and punched and kicked the female employee, who was sitting in the corner of the pharmacy counter, in the head.
After being assaulted, the victim showed signs of dizziness, bruising, and swelling in the facial area, and had to be hospitalized for emergency treatment.
A few days later, the pharmacy management company spoke out in defense of its employee and requested that the police investigate, clarify, and strictly handle the incident.
