This year's European Day of Languages will be held on November 23 at the Goethe-Institut Hanoi for pupils, students, families or anyone interested in Europe, languages and culture.

By participating in the event, the public can learn European languages in a short time of about 30 minutes, including Czech, English, French, Finnish, German, Italian, Irish, Polish and Spanish.

Under the guidance of experts from European cultural institutions, participants can learn common vocabulary and basic conversational phrases of each language.

'Speak-dating' is also an interesting activity of the language festival, when participants learn a language in just…5 minutes.

Being exposed to a language for 5 minutes is sure to bring laughter and give you an unforgettable experience.

In addition, the Organizing Committee also arranged a relaxing space, a reading corner and short videos about each country as well as an attractive quiz and lucky draw with prizes.

The 13th European Day of Languages is an opportunity for anyone in Hanoi interested in languages, culture, international exchange or studying in Europe. The event is free for attendees and no registration is required.
