Today (November 1), Bien Hoa City Police, Dong Nai Province, issued a ticket for a dump truck driver driving in the wrong direction, running a red light, and driving into a prohibited road.

Earlier that morning, social media circulated a clip recording a series of dump trucks driving in the wrong direction, running a red light on Hoang Van Bon Street (Tan Bien Ward, Bien Hoa City).

Through verification, the traffic police force - Bien Hoa City Police determined that the incident occurred at noon on October 31.

The driver of vehicle with license plate 60H-057.75 appearing in the clip is Mr. TQC (34 years old, from Tien Giang ).

Working with the police, this person admitted his violations.

For his disregard for the law and endangering other road users, Mr. C. was issued an administrative violation ticket for three violations: driving in the wrong direction, running a red light, and driving on a prohibited road.

At the same time, authorities are verifying and inviting two other dump truck drivers to clarify the incident.
