A male student was seriously injured in a school in Thanh Hoa.

The police of Trieu Son commune, Thanh Hoa province, are investigating to clarify the cause of the incident in which a group of students beat a student to a critical level, which occurred at Thanh Hoa Agricultural College.

According to information from Thanh Hoa Agricultural College (located in Trieu Son commune), during the second period break on the morning of October 31, in classroom E302 (3rd floor) of the school, student NTAT, 15 years old, residing in Dong Son ward, Thanh Hoa province, studying in industrial electricity class 65B2, industrial electricity major (also studying grade 10, continuing education system) was beaten by a group of grade 11 students studying on the second floor of the same building while he was sitting and playing with his phone in the classroom.

When the incident happened, some teachers were taking a break in classrooms on the same floor. Students reported that they went to room E302 to take NTAT to the school's medical room for first aid.

Realizing that T.'s health condition was critical, the school leaders called An Viet Hospital in Trieu Son commune to send a car to take T. to the emergency room and informed T.'s family.

After taking T. to the emergency room, the school leaders held an urgent meeting with relevant departments, sending officers, teachers, and staff to support the victim's family while providing emergency care for T. at An Viet Hospital and Thanh Hoa Children's Hospital.

School leaders went to Thanh Hoa Children's Hospital to visit and encourage the family and partially support the victim's treatment costs.

In addition, immediately after the incident occurred, the school notified the Trieu Son Commune Police to investigate.

Trieu Son commune police sent two investigation teams to find four 11th grade students of the school who beat the NTAT student, to serve the investigation.

The school has notified the parents of the four students who beat T. and coordinated to resolve the incident.

Due to serious injuries, after a day of emergency treatment at Thanh Hoa Children's Hospital, the hospital diagnosed and predicted that NTAT's health condition was bad, so they advised the victim's family to let him go home.

The family took T. home on the afternoon of November 1 to take care of him.
