* On the morning of December 3, the 13th Congress of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor successfully concluded. 168 comrades elected to the Executive Committee of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor introduced themselves to the congress. Nghe An Trade Union had 2 members elected to the Executive Committee of the 13th Vietnam General Confederation of Labor, namely comrade Kha Van Tam - Member of the Provincial Party Executive Committee, Chairman of Nghe An Provincial Labor Federation and comrade Dang Van Hai - Chairman of Nghe AnEducation Trade Union.
