The Organizing Committee of the 4th "Hoa Lu Beauty" Contest has just issued Decision No. 436/QD-BTC on the establishment of the Jury of the 4th "Hoa Lu Beauty" Contest in 2024.

Accordingly, the Board of Judges of the 4th "Hoa Lu Beauty" Contest includes: Meritorious Artist Chieu Xuan, Head of the Board. Members of the Board of Judges include People's Artist Mai Thuy, Deputy Director of Ninh Binh Cheo Theater; journalist Ngo Ba Luc; Fashion designer Ha Duy and makeup artist Quang Bi.

Meritorious Artist Chieu Xuan is a famous artist with many roles that left a deep impression on the audience. The role of Thuan in the film "My Mother-in-law" directed by People's Artist Khai Hung is one of her most prominent roles. In addition, she is also known for her roles in the films "Nguoi yeu di mar chong", " Ha Noi 12 ngay dem", "Hang vong", "Tinh bien" and many other TV series.

In addition to acting in films and plays, Meritorious Artist Chieu Xuan is also a famous photographer who has won international awards.
