The Scientific Research Project Evaluation and Acceptance Council, chaired by Dr. Hoang Thi Quynh Chi, Prosecutor of the Supreme People's Procuracy, discussed, analyzed, and clarified the professional contents of the project and assessed the level of completion according to requirements.
The research topic focuses on the system of People's Procuracies at all levels during the period from 2020 to May 2025.
Assessment by the Review Board: The research project was completed on schedule; it was scientifically and systematically developed, with thorough and convincing research content; the research scope was appropriate and closely aligned with the current state of supervision of the resolution of civil, administrative, commercial, labor, and other cases as prescribed by law.
The research findings of this project are of urgent importance and contribute to improving the effectiveness of inspection and supervision of the handling of civil, administrative, commercial, labor, and other cases as prescribed by law.

Based on a comprehensive review of the product and the project leader's explanation, the Council conducted a secret ballot. As a result, the project was approved by the Council with a high percentage of unanimous votes, affirming the seriousness, scientific rigor, and effectiveness of the implementation process.
The Council requests the Project Steering Committee to promptly complete the compilation and systematization of all research results, ensuring that the recommendations, procedures, and solutions developed are feasible and have high practical application value in the performance of the industry's functions and tasks in this field.
At the same time, it was emphasized that the project's output should not only meet acceptance requirements but also be transformed, guided, and specifically directed so that units can directly apply it in their leadership, management, inspection, supervision, and organization of professional tasks.

On behalf of the Project Steering Committee, Dr. Mai Thi Nam, Chief Inspector of the Supreme People's Procuracy, received the opinions of the members of the grassroots-level acceptance council to finalize the project. At the same time, she clarified the scope, subjects, and content of inspection activities regarding the supervision of the handling of various types of cases and matters in accordance with the law, ensuring consistency with the functions and tasks of the People's Procuracy, and avoiding overlap with other inspection and supervision activities.
Regarding the proposed solutions, the Project Steering Committee fully incorporated the Council's feedback and refined them to be specific, feasible, and applicable in practice. This focused on improving the inspection mechanism and procedures; enhancing the quality of civil servants involved in inspection work; promoting the application of information technology and digital transformation in inspection activities; and strengthening coordination between inspectors and relevant professional units.
With the project receiving a high level of consensus on the acceptance results and the directions for improvement set forth by the Council, it is expected to soon become an important scientific basis, contributing to improving the quality of inspection work in the People's Procuracy sector, meeting the requirements of the tasks in the new phase.
Through their work, the Inspectorate of the People's Procuracy at all levels has promptly detected shortcomings and limitations; rectified, overcome, and prevented violations, thereby improving the effectiveness of supervisory work in this field.
Inspection work also contributes to a strong shift in awareness, enhancing responsibility, discipline, pioneering spirit, and exemplary conduct of civil servants, public employees, and workers in performing their assigned tasks, contributing to building an increasingly clean and strong People's Procuracy sector, meeting the requirements of judicial reform.
