Previously, on April 2, a video appeared on social media recording the image of a man using a brick to smash a motorbike at a traffic police checkpoint on duty, causing a stir in public opinion. The incident occurred at the Pham Hung - Nguyen Hoang intersection (Nam Tu Liem, Hanoi).

According to information, at the time of the incident, the working group of Road Traffic Police Team No. 6, Traffic Police Department of Hanoi City Police on duty at the above intersection discovered Mr. D.XH (21 years old, residing in Cau Giay, Hanoi) driving a motorbike towing another vehicle carrying bulky goods.

Traffic police stopped the car, checked, and made a record of administrative violations against the driver.

However, while loading the seized vehicle onto the truck, a man claiming to be Mr. H's father appeared. This man used inappropriate language and used bricks to smash the truck.

Immediately afterwards, the working group brought the people, vehicles, and related people to My Dinh 2 Ward Police Station to continue verifying and clarifying.

At the police station, the man gave his name as D.XT (48 years old, residing in Cau Giay, Hanoi). Through alcohol testing, Mr. T. violated the level of 0.406 mg/L of breath.
