On June 23, the police in Cu Kuin district ( Dak Lak province ) announced that they are preparing a case file to prosecute a man who was drunk, refused to comply with a breathalyzer test, and caused a disturbance with traffic police for over an hour.

According to initial information, at around 9 PM on June 20th, a traffic patrol team from the Cư Kuin District Police was on duty on a road in Ea Tiêu commune when they spotted a car with license plate 47C-264.19 driven by a man exhibiting suspicious behavior. They signaled the driver to stop for an alcohol test.

After stopping the vehicle, the driver, Mr. N. (35 years old, residing in Ea Tiêu commune, Cư Kuin district), failed to present the relevant documents and refused to comply with the alcohol breath test.

Notably, Mr. N. also took off his shirt and displayed inappropriate gestures, actions, and language towards the task force.

After causing a disturbance with the traffic police for over an hour, Mr. N. only agreed to have his blood alcohol level checked and presented the relevant documents when the head of the Cư Kuin District Police arrived. The result showed that Mr. N.'s blood alcohol concentration was 0.112 mg/l.

Immediately afterwards, the task force drew up a record of administrative violations and invited Mr. N. to the office for questioning in accordance with regulations.
